This is a picture of my sister and me at a history fair. I did a report on George Stephenson, and she did a report on Sequoyah.

We had to get there at 6:30 and stand in front of our project for an hour and a half. Then we talked about our history projects to people who came to our table. We didn’t do very well at explaining our projects because it was the first time we did it. I also made a Lego steam locomotive to show how the steam engine works. My sister talked mostly to kids, but I explained my project mostly to adults.
I liked the history fair a lot.

Wow!! What a great idea! I’m a teacher and have never heard of a History Fair, but I have been a part of many Science Fairs. Thanks for sharing. I love history and can see this being an idea I will use someday! Nice display boards. Keep up the great work!!
